Astorion - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Astorion Australia. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders for blank apparel, workwear, and accessories are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or New South Wales public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable Australian couriers to ensure your goods arrive safely and promptly.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Domestic Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (Available for an additional fee at checkout).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly for remote or regional areas. Astorion Australia is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers.

3. Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Sydney warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

  • Pickup Address: Unit 16, 71A Milperra Road, Revesby, NSW 2212
  • Pickup Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Astorion Australia takes great care in packing your items. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit by the freight carrier.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
  • For major discrepancies or missing boxes in a bulk order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@astorion.com.au.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Astorion Australia ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
