Returns and Exchanges

- You may return or exchange unused, unworn items within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@astorion.com.au to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the package.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and Processing

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (07) days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate the details in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
